I’ve been drawer and doodler almost from birth. After earning an HND in Design for Print from Glasgow College of Building and Printing, I pursued a career in graphic design, often blending it with illustration. Over the years, I’ve created illustrations for children’s educational materials, magazines, brochures, pyjamas, and even children’s TV. I love working in various media, especially oil pastels, watercolours, and line art enhanced with Photoshop or Illustrator. Bringing characters and ideas to life, whether on paper or screen, is a process I find genuinely exciting. My style tends to lean toward the cute and playful, making children’s publishing a natural fit.
